TECHNICAL SERVICE
Technical support for your boat
Describe what you have noticed with the engine, electrical system or another onboard system. Our team will discuss whether the request falls within our service scope and what assessment is needed.
Suitability and availability are confirmed by the team for your boat.

SERVICE DETAILS
Describe the symptoms so we can identify the next check
When the issue started, the conditions in which it appears and details of the affected system all help the initial assessment. Share the make and model, any error message and previous work where known. If a remote description is not sufficient, the required inspection and proposed scope are discussed separately.
What to share
- Affected system and make/model, if known
- Symptoms, error messages and when the issue occurs
- Recent maintenance or other intervention
- Boat location, contact details and any useful photos
Outside the agreed scope
- An initial message or phone call is not a confirmed fault diagnosis.
- Parts, removal/refitting and other work are considered only within the agreed scope.
- This enquiry service is not an emergency or rescue channel; use the appropriate emergency services where needed.
SERVICE SCOPE
Scope to discuss
Understanding the symptoms
The circumstances of the fault and any error messages inform the initial assessment.
Reviewing system information
Equipment details, previous work and photographs help identify the checks that may be needed.
Agreeing checks and intervention
The proposed assessment, possible parts requirements and next work are discussed before a quote is agreed.
NEXT STEPS
From enquiry to agreed work
What should I write if I cannot identify the fault?
Describe the symptoms in your own words. When it started, the conditions in which it happens and any displayed message will help the first assessment.
Do you need the make and model?
Share them if known; a photo of a label can also help. System details help the team assess whether the request is within the service scope and which checks may be needed.
Can a fault be diagnosed by phone?
Not in every case. An onsite check or further assessment may be necessary. Symptoms alone should not be treated as confirmation of a replacement part or final cost.
Can I use this form for emergency assistance?
No. It is not a channel for immediate intervention or rescue. Contact the appropriate emergency services if there is a risk to people or navigational safety.
