Does a request reserve a berth or a service date?
No. A request starts the assessment. The team confirms suitability, availability and the proposed terms with you before arrangements are agreed.
What boat information should I provide?
Start with the service, approximate length and preferred dates. Beam, draft, weight or system details may be needed depending on the service; share what you know.
Can I ask for haul-out and maintenance together?
Yes. Explain the intended work and time ashore in the same enquiry. Lifting, the stay ashore, maintenance and materials should be distinguished in the proposed scope.
How is the quote prepared?
The team reviews the information and may need further questions, photos or an inspection. Included and excluded work, price and timing are discussed before you decide.
Can I enquire without creating an account?
Yes. The short form needs your selected contact method; an account or document upload is not required to make the initial enquiry.
How do I follow an enquiry by email?
Use the customer portal and request a sign-in link with the email connected to your enquiry. Confirm the one-time link to see the information you are authorised to access.
Where can I find directions?
Open the contact page for the confirmed location and road directions. Agree boat arrival or handover arrangements with the team separately; the map is not maritime navigation guidance.
What if my preferred dates or the work change?
Contact the team and explain the change. Availability, the proposed scope or the quote may need to be reviewed.
